I read something/somewhere that said that ONLY people that have pre-ordered the game will be able to play in the BWEs in March and April does that mean that my two unused friend passes are no good? (We had 6 pre-ordered games and used 4 passes)

No, the announcement was that there would be no more key giveaways I believe, your friend passes should work fine in the future events.

Yes your friend passes are good for only one BWE. So the 4 that u used already are done and u will have to use the other 2 for the next!!
